Not only is customer service a part of their job description, as they are the first to greet visitors who come into the facilities but so is handling confrontations and providing issue management and support. The variety of security and safety related tasks encompass the safeguarding of employees, patients, visitors, providers and property, and they include responding to alarms, emergency requests, de-escalation tactics, and resolving safety incidents.
