Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You’ll verify identities, welcome visitors, and manage access control while patrolling and reporting hazards.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, safety, and coordination with emergency teams. Eligible candidates should have 3+ years in security or related fields, MD Guard Card, and a 21+ age requirement; a 40-hour training is required.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.


• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED


• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process


• Exceptional customer service skills


• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills


• You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience of at least 3 years or more


• You have a MD Guard Card


• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements


• You have CPR/First Aid Certification


• You have phone skills and computer literacy


• Must be able to successfully complete a 40 hour basic training course
