• Monitor access points and assist with access-control procedures, visitor direction, and escort requests.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain equipment per policy.

As a Security Officer Armed Clinical Operations in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position calls for strong communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to customer service.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hospital personnel and public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with access-control procedures, visitor direction, and escort requests in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken, and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPO certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, military and/or degree in criminal justice.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card/license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
