What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required documentation, including daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess at least one year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
