Qualifications

• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training participation.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the location, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain documentation per procedures.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Tue - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Fri - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Sat - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Sun - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, members, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.


• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the financial institution, parking areas, entrances, ATM locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.


• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.

• An armed guard card or license is preferred.


• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
