Allied Universal Springfield, MO is seeking an Armed Security Officer to safeguard clients across commercial, healthcare, education, and government sites. This role emphasizes vigilance, customer service, and calm incident response.

Job Description

Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour paid WEEKLY with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance

Minimum 1 plus years of Armed Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
