Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer in Memphis, Tennessee. You will safeguard clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license; 3+ years in law enforcement, corrections, or military, or 5+ years armed security experience required. Multiple scheduling options available. You will provide customer service, respond to incidents, and perform patrols at client sites.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
