The pay rate is $20.36 per hour with weekly pay and a full-time schedule. Ideal candidates hold an armed guard card or license, a valid driver’s license, and are at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with controlling visitor, employee, and vehicle entry in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Carry authorized equipment and perform duties in compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and client procedures.

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
