Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and assist with enforcing community rules and property access procedures.
• Support day‑to‑day residential operations by communicating clearly with residents and staff, addressing routine concerns, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other property‑related issues that may require follow‑up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Armed guard card/license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation to be conducted as a condition of employment in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening to be conducted as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and or local laws and regulations may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
