Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring for a front desk/door staff role in Houston. You will provide courteous customer service, log activities, control access, and monitor cameras while patrolling property to prevent theft.

Requirements include 18+ age, evening/overnight/weekend availability, and an active Level 2 Security License. English fluency and the ability to pass background checks are essential. EOE/M/F/D/V #IND3

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.
Experience as door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant role.
High School diploma or GED.
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Active Level 2 Security License.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions and general information.
Maintain clear, accurate front desk logs for people or property including packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for property management.
Other duties as assigned.
