Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation; communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
