Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Authorization in Mount Juliet, TN. Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $16.33 per hour. Schedule includes afternoon shifts Sunday through Saturday.

As a Security Officer Access Authorization in Mount Juliet, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $16.33 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.

• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle access records.

• Control access to employee areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and restricted operational spaces in accordance with site procedures.

• Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting observations to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, the business, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
