Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Access Control Driver in Stockton, CA. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and help maintain an orderly environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. A valid driver’s license is required, with a duty to provide outstanding customer service and security support.

Position Type: Part Time; Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour. Schedule includes DayTime and Evening shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access at entry and exit points by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and directing authorized personnel, vehicles, and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Maintain accurate logs and complete required reports related to visitor access, vehicle activity, patrols, incidents, and other security-related duties.
