Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Access Control Analyst in Dallas, TX. You will protect client sites by managing entry points, verifying credentials, and delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role offers a daytime-to-nightshift schedule across Friday to Sunday with weekend rotations. You will conduct patrols, maintain logs, respond to incidents, and support safe, orderly operations while upholding

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law and company policy.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Control Analyst in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and assist with maintaining an orderly environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entries, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and other required documentation for deliveries, visitors, contractors, and employees.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, gates, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
