GardaWorld Security is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer to join the Command Center team in Marietta, GA. You will monitor security feeds, identify threats, and document incidents to help prevent escalation.

This role requires sharp observation, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to events. The position emphasizes 1–2 years of CCTV/Command Center experience, 2 years in Access Control, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of CCTV monitoring / Command Center experience.
• 2 years of Access Control & Interior Officer experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports using a computer or tablet.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Command Center, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Site Location: Marietta GA
• Set schedule: 6:00 AM -2:00 PM , 2:00 PM -10:00 PM OR 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Saturday & Sunday 16-24HRS
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.75 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Qualifications of a Command Center Security Guard

• Strong computer / technology skills needed for this position
• Must have 1-2 years of CCTV monitoring / Command Center Experience
• Must have 2 years of Access Control & Interior Officer Experience.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
