Allied Universal® is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Access Authorization in Phoenix, AZ. You will support access control, verify credentials, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule with competitive pay and opportunities to grow within a leading security services company. A guard card or license is preferred, with required background checks and drug screening where permissible.

Qualificações

• A background check will be conducted as part of employment.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor entry processes, and maintain accurate access-related records for a technology-focused location.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entryways, lobby areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter prohibited activity.
• Operate access-control systems, cameras, and communication equipment and report maintenance or operational issues promptly.

Pay Rate: $20.73 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Operate access-control systems, cameras, and communication equipment in accordance with site-specific procedures and report maintenance or operational issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.\
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
