Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control access at entry points, verify identification and credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access-related records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries per location procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access at entry points, verify identification and credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with location procedures for a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations to appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
