Responsabilidades

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance.
• Prevent losses by reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers as needed.
• Direct yard traffic and manage inbound/outbound drivers.
• Use scale system for inbound and outbound loads.
• Audit outbound loads against paperwork and ensure trailer security.
• Communicate with shipping, receiving, and logistics teams.
• Validate seals on inbound/outbound loads and assign seals.
• Complete incident reports and obtain signatures when required.
• Maintain safe environment by monitoring and maintaining equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Contribute to security team goals and assist as needed.
• Ensure safety of personnel, visitors, and premises; provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company service and operating standards; respond to emergencies.
• Protect company assets from theft, assault, fire, and other risks.
• Follow procedures for firefighting, patrolling, traffic control, and investigations.
• Report suspicious activity to security lead and HR manager.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security equipment; stay compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry and allows exit to trailers
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers
• Control traffic in the yard by directing inbound and outbound drivers
• Use of scale system for inbound and outbound loads
• Audit outbound loads vs paperwork and make sure information corresponds and trailers are secured
• Keep good communication with the company’s shipping & receiving and logistics teams
• Validate inbound loads seals vs paperwork and assigning seals to outbound loads
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
• Maintain environment safe and secured by monitoring and setting building and equipment
• Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
• Contribute to security team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises
• Provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards
• Respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers when needed
