Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Security Admin to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and staff across its campuses. This hourly position supports the administration of a large healthcare system and offers a structured training path, with a pay range of $16.00 to $19.49 per hour depending on experience.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or GED and a Florida driver's license, plus Basic Life Support certification.

Description

The purpose of this position is to support the Administration of Baptist Health South Florida with the provision of a safe and secure environment for the care of patients and the peaceful and orderly operation of business throughout all entities serviced. Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.49 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School or GED

Licenses & Certifications

• Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial).
• Basic Life Support.

Additional Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience required.
• Experience in the security field preferred.
• Hospital setting a plus.
• Law enforcement or military experience desired.
• Required to complete BHSF security training program before the completion of their probationary period and supplemental training classes as they are offered.
• BLS certification must be obtained within first 90 days of employment.
