Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer for Full Time in Winnemucca, NV. The role offers an hourly wage and opportunities to grow with a dedicated regional and area management team, with emphasis on safety and community service.

Responsibilities include access control, patrols, incident reporting, and collaboration with client staff to ensure security and safety on site. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or ability to complete the GED within 6 months.
• Customer service background preferred.

What You Can Expect

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required (provided).
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
