Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is hiring a Security Officer to protect client sites and people. You will observe and report activities, respond to incidents, and maintain a safe, professional environment. Weekly pay, growth opportunities, health, dental, vision, and more, plus an employee referral bonus program.

No experience is required; training is provided. Security roles can be full- or part-time, with licensing requirements as applicable in Delaware.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Must meet state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Responsibilities

• Security Officers/Guards observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements include frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Security Officer/Guard:

• Security Positions are Full and Part Time
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
