Job summary

DSI Security Services is seeking Security Officers to join our Tracy team. You will maintain a safe, secure environment for clients, employees, and the public, delivering professional service and adherence to post instructions.

Open shifts available (First, Second, Third). Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour; benefits include vision and medical insurance. Comprehensive background, drug screen, and motor vehicle checks are part of preemployment requirements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation and means of communication
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
• Must meet all preemployment requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
