Job summary

Weiser Security Services, Inc. is hiring for all three shifts in Suwanee, GA. The security officer protects assets, personnel, customers and visitors under supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager.

Typical duties include patrolling, controlling access, reporting incidents, and notifying authorities in emergencies. Long hours standing and willingness to extend shifts are required; post-specific duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work nights.

Responsibilities

• Protect client interests and safeguard people and property on assigned sites.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder; investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete required post patrols and monitor access per post orders.
• Notify authorities in emergencies per post orders.
• Report violations of policy and laws as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Stand for long hours and be willing to extend shifts as needed.

Job description

Hiring for all 3 shifts: Full & Part Time

1st: 6am - 2pm

2nd: 2pm - 10pm

3rd: 10pm - 6am

Pay Rate: $16.50 (FIRM)

Reports to: Branch Manager or Account Manager

Job Summary:

This position is under the direct supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager and is responsible for protection, safeguarding, and security of assets, personnel, customers and visitors to assigned sites.

Job Duties:

Protect the interests of the client within the limits of the facility and to protect the lives and property of employees and visitors.

Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

Prepare reports on a daily basis as trained and turn them into the proper contacts.

Complete patrols as required by post orders

Monitor and control access to property as required by post orders.

Notify proper authorities in all cases of emergencies as outlined in the post orders.

Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
