Job summary

Vesta Property Services seeks a Security Officer to safeguard gate facilities for Florida communities in Sun City Center. You will monitor conditions, enforce rules, and assist with events and resident activities.

Requirements include a High school diploma or GED, Security Class D license, and CPR/AED certification. Able to stand/walk extensively, work indoors or outdoors, and travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist other departments and supervise high traffic areas.
• Be available for special events parking requirements.
