• Clean background and ability to pass drug screening.
• Valid state-issued armed security guard license where required.
• Valid firearm permit and qualification (state-specific).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Completion of state-mandated security training courses.

You will enforce site rules, observe and report safety or security hazards, and support emergency response procedures. Officers must maintain a professional appearance, deliver courteous customer service, and follow strict safety, firearm, and use-of-force policies while working closely with site supervisors and public safety partners.
