Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. seeks diligent Security Officers for part-time roles in our guard operations. You will manage access controls, monitor cameras, and patrol client sites to deter vandalism and theft.

Responsibilities include completing daily activity and incident reports, and delivering excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication. Reporting to Kassidy Halstead. This is a 28-hour per week position with 1st and 3rd shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Driver's license required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Strong security skills reflected on resume and prior security or military experience.
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills.

Continental is a full-service contract security company providing security services to our clients in the city of Toledo, as well as the rest of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Includes but is not limited to:

Security Officers will manage access control points and monitor camera systems. Security officers may perform patrols to ensure the safety and security of client’s property and equipment from vandalism and theft. Patrols may be conducted on foot or by vehicle. Security Officers can work out of office buildings, guard shacks, construction sites, personal vehicles, or company vehicles. Security Officers will have to complete Daily Activity Reports every shift and Incident Reports when necessary. Security Officer will need to be customer service orientated, have great verbal and written communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Security Officers must have strong Customer Service and Written Skills, prior Security Experience, or military experience. In lieu of work experience, Security Officers may have equivalent experience in education in Criminal Justice or related fields of study. Security Officers must have knowledge of contract security industry.

There is a PT/28 hour position available (to include days & midnights)

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must pass a Criminal Background check
• Must pass a Drug Screen
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
• Strong Security skills/Must be reflected on Resume
• Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
