Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time position in Maryville, MO. The role involves monitoring premises, enforcing directives, and providing excellent customer service to clients and guests.

Pay starts at $17.50 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, paid training, and weekly pay. Candidates must meet basic requirements and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Must have attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature as required for the site.

Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Maryville, MO

Wage: $17.50/HR

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
