Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing rules and monitoring access, cameras, and hazards.

You will conduct patrols, report incidents to management, and interact with visitors, tenants, and staff to deter threats and ensure compliant operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in retail customer service, strong computer and reasoning skills, and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail.
• Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multitasking skills over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

Overview

Jushi Holdings Inc. (CSE: JUSH, OTCQX: JUSHF) is shaping the future of the cannabis industry. The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by enforcing Department of Health regulations and continuously monitoring assigned areas to identify safety hazards and unusual occurrences. The Officer investigates complaints, assists in restraining threats, and provides protective services.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Reporting all pertinent issues and incidents to the general manager, Deputy Chief of Security, and other Security Managers as appropriate.
• Interaction with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
• Operate all surveillance CCTV and related equipment.
• Ensure that date and time stamps on videos are accurate and that camera views are not obstructed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to surveillance operations, controls, and procedures.
• Immediately notify the VP of Global Security/SOC in the event of a mechanical malfunction that is expected to exceed a 4‑hour period.
• Maintain an unaltered copy of recordings for 4 years or until the investigation is closed, as required by law enforcement or other government officials.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Occasionally requires local travel.
• Constantly perform desk‑based computer tasks.
• Frequently standing/walking.
• Occasionally reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork, or lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multi‑tasking skills over the phone and in person.
