Role Description

The Security Officer role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Madison Area. Security Officers are responsible for patrolling assigned premises, monitoring entrances and exits, and observing activities to deter and detect suspicious or unsafe behavior. Daily tasks include conducting security checks, reporting incidents and safety hazards, responding to alarms, and contacting emergency services or management as needed. The role also involves enforcing site policies, maintaining detailed and accurate incident reports, and providing courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and clients. Security Officers are expected to follow all agency and client procedures, use security equipment appropriately, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications
