Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Security Officer in Little Chute/Neenah, WI. This role offers full- and part-time opportunities with a wage of $16.00–$16.31 per hour. You will perform access control, patrols, and incident reporting while ensuring client safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED or able to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Great attention to detail and alertness during shifts.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid judgement and escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols inside/outside client premises in varying weather and terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
