FCS Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to monitor entrances, perform patrols, assist visitors, and respond to safety concerns on site. You will help maintain a secure environment by staying alert, following post orders, and documenting important activities during your shift.

New to security? FCS offers comprehensive training to obtain CPR certification and hands-on, on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to meet all physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for long periods.
• Previous security, customer service, military, or law enforcement experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols and monitor all access points, interior and exterior.
• Stand guard at assigned posts to maintain visibility and site security.
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity and complete daily logs and incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies or threats.
• Monitor surveillance cameras.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
