Securitas US Business Unit is hiring for Security Officer roles in Lansdale, PA. The positions can be full- or part-time, require security experience or willingness to train, and expect a valid driver’s license. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Security Officer/Guard

• Security positions are full and part time.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet and continue to satisfy any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements.

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

The security officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our security officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
