Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Security Officer to manage access control and assist with product pickup areas. You will communicate effectively on a 2-way radio and provide strong customer service to clients.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Employment includes full-time hours with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1 year of customer service preferred.
• Experience in security preferred.

Includes but is not limited to:

Security Officers will manage access control points. Security Officers will inventory purchased items at the access control point and properly scan out the customer. You will direct customers to proper pick-up areas for certain products. Security Officers will need to communicate effectively on a 2-way radio with the client. Security Officer will need to be customer service orientated, have great verbal and written communication skills. A basic understanding and knowledge of construction material is recommended. There is a FT/32 Hour position with 1st & 2nd shift hours to include working weekends as needed

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Must pass a Drug Screen
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
• Prefer excellent Customer Service skills/1years worth of Customer Service
• Prefer strong Security Skills
• Experience should be reflected on your RESUME
