Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring for a Dispatch/Rover Officer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Jackson, TN. The 3rd shift runs Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, at $20.00 per hour, full time.

Join a professional security team providing proactive dispatch and active patrols. You will monitor cameras, document incidents, and maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors while supporting growth opportunities within a premier automotive facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TN Guard Card preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service or security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Physical ability to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly.
• Manage guest/visitor access and eject trespassers when needed.
• Verify credentials of individuals/vehicles.
• Maintain visitor logs and notify residents of arrivals.
• Patrol and monitor cameras and alarms to identify risks.
• Respond to distress calls and incidents with local responders.
• Enforce site policies and document incidents clearly.

This position combines security dispatch operations and active patrol duties. You will be responsible for maintaining constant awareness through camera systems and communications, ensuring accurate documentation of all incidents and site activity.

Additionally, you will conduct routine patrols to proactively identify risks, enforce site policies, and maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• Other duties to be determined by management
