Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Security Officer for Fort Atkinson, WI. The role offers $21.50 per hour with a Tue & Sun 2pm-10pm schedule and opportunities to move into full-time positions as they arise.

You will join a team dedicated to community safety, receive elite training, and work with management support to grow within the company. Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Basic computer/tech skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact calmly with a wide range of individuals.
• Great attention to detail and alertness during shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with good judgement and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside/outside client premises in varying conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.

Security Officer — Part Time — Fort Atkinson, WI

Wage: $21.50/HR

Available Schedule: Tuesday & Sunday 2pm-10pm

Availability to move into the next available full-time position.

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for security positions. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
