Job summary

andyfrain is seeking security officers to maintain a safe environment by monitoring activity, assisting visitors, and responding to incidents. You’ll be vigilant, reliable, and customer-focused, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations while patrolling and controlling entrances.

Responsibilities include patrols, escorting personnel and materials, inspecting security and fire exposures, completing incident reports, and responding to alarms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–6 months security or life-safety experience is preferred.
• State Guard license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Control entrances and manage traffic.
• Patrol buildings and surrounding areas.
• Escort personnel and materials.
• Conduct inspections of security and fire exposures.
• Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Communicate daily with supervisors.
