Job summary

SOC LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Security Office Support (PERSEC/INFOSEC) for a 1-year contract to work onsite with our federal client. The role requires an Active Secret Clearance and supports security risk-management, access processing, and continuous vetting.

Responsibilities include drafting security documentation, maintaining security records in DISS/NISS/NIST, and coordinating with personnel-security functions to uphold classified work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PERSEC and INFOSEC programs for Army environments.
• Familiarity with SAAR, AESIP, ICAM, GFEBS and AMPS systems.
• Experience submitting PSIP forms for clearance requirements and continuous vetting.

Job Description

Security Office Support (PERSEC/INFOSEC) needed for a contract opportunity to work onsite with SOC's client in Arlington, VA

Contract length: 1 year

Qualifications:

• Experience supportingPERSEC and INFOSEC General Intelligence Security Programsand providing risk-management/security services to the Army.


• Experience withSAARssupporting AESIP, ICAM, GFEBS and AMPS.


• Experience submittingPSIPforms for new clearance requirements, upgrades and continuous vetting for AGR, ADOS and civilian personnel.


• Experience supporting INFOSEC requirements associated with access to and oversight of secure work environments.


• Army or Army National Guard INFOSEC experience, including interaction with senior leadership.


• Experience withSecurity Classification Guides (SCG), DoD CUI Registry and DTICfor classification reviews.


• Security incident/infraction response and resolution.


• Experience drafting securitySOPs, policies and military Memorandums of Record.


• Experience defining security requirements for classified briefings, training, meetings and conferences.


• Experience withDISS, NISS and NIST databases.


• Experience requestingcourier cards.


• Knowledge of clearance processing, document control, personnel security and Automated Information System Security.


• Secret clearance.


• High School Diploma or GED.


• No minimum years of experience stated.


• No college degree required.


• No required professional/technical certifications stated.


• Nice to have:AGR experience, specifically familiarity with the National Guard environment.
