Job summary

Centerfield in Playa Vista, CA is seeking a Security Manager to lead the cybersecurity program, protect digital assets, and translate security strategy into operations. This hands-on role partners with IT, engineering, compliance, and business units to manage risk and respond to incidents.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in cybersecurity with leadership experience, strong knowledge of SIEM, IAM, and cloud security, plus familiarity with AI monitoring tools like Harmonic and Weave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• 5–7 years in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Solid knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection).
• Experience with AI security/monitoring tools (Harmonic, Weave) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and policy implementation.
• Identify and mitigate cyber risks; drive risk remediation.
• Oversee incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Manage AI governance, tooling reviews, and safe AI usage guidelines.
• Coordinate with IT, engineering, compliance, and audits.
