Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering is actively seeking candidates for a Contingent position at the Blossom Point Satellite Command and Tracking Facility (BPTF) in Welcome, Maryland. The role supports critical national security and space operations programs with a strong focus on COMSEC and physical security oversight.

This position is contingent upon award and is planned to begin in 2027. We value experience in COMSEC, DoD policy alignment, and the ability to collaborate with government security

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience or any equivalent combination of education, experience, training and certifications.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience managing COMSEC material handling, including ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for keying material in accordance with DoD policies.
• Familiarity with COMSEC key management procedures and coordination with government COMSEC custodians for timely support and compliance.
• Experience conducting COMSEC inventories, inspections, and maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit and accountability purposes.
• Knowledge of physical security operations including access control, badge issuance, visitor control, and secure facility procedures.
• Familiarity with DoD security directives and ability to ensure compliance with classified site security requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Government COMSEC Custodians to ensure timely receipt, distribution, tracking, and documentation of COMSEC equipment, materials, and records.
• Conduct COMSEC inventories, inspections, audits, and oversight activities to maintain DoD and organizational security policy compliance.
• Oversee all aspects of physical security for the site, including access control systems, badge issuance, visitor processing, clearance verification, security signage, and facility access procedures.
• Serve as the primary security liaison with NRL Code 1200 and other government security representatives to ensure compliance with current security directives, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

This position operates in a professional office setting with occasional access to secure and restricted areas. May require limited travel to attend training or conduct security inspections.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Some flexibility may be required for urgent security matters or inspections.
