RedCon Security LLC is seeking a professional and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Watertown, MA. You will oversee all security operations, develop the company’s security policies and procedures, and manage all security personnel to ensure safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record in safety and security. You will plan budgets, coordinate incidents, and drive improvements across on-site security operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc)
• Understanding of best practices in security protocols
• Experience with emergency response planning
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• High level of integrity
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
