Security Manager – Full-Time Regular Senior Management in Casper, WY, US. This is a full-time, on-site position in Casper, Wyoming.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and manage security for True Companies\' facilities, including the condition and operational readiness of all security equipment.
  • Coordinate physical security requirements and/or needs of True family members, communicating proactively with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate measures are in place.
  • Arrange for security-related contract services, obtain bids when appropriate, and recommend the best available option.
  • Manage the protection of properties from theft, embezzlement, and sabotage; investigate and prepare reports on incidents, suspicious activities, and other security-related situations across multiple states.
  • Communicate with appropriate individuals to identify and address security problems and develop strategies to improve security processes and services.
  • Take initiative to identify, analyze, and propose resolutions for a variety of security-related problems and situations.
  • Conduct investigations when appropriate; prepare complete and accurate records of losses or violations of company regulations, policies, and/or procedures.
  • Ensure security-related compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Serve as liaison with public law enforcement, fire departments, other industry security professionals, and government agencies as related to the security of properties and/or individuals.
  • Make prudent use of time and resources to accomplish job objectives.
  • Manage the implementation and operation of automated security systems and trail cameras as appropriate and needed; maintain records for periodic security systems inspections with customer liaisons and other technical professionals.
  • Provide security-related training to diverse audiences, including annual bank robbery training, and perform all duties in a professional manner.
Qualifications

Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities

  • An associate\'s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or Public Safety Administration with at least seven (7) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Liaison experience with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
  • Proven experience conducting investigations.
  • Familiarity with security technology including video, access control, and alarm monitoring systems.
  • Good working knowledge of security operations and enforcement procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with management, co-workers and the public, and demonstrated experience with de-escalation and crisis intervention.
  • Ability to create, read and interpret documents applicable to the Security Director position.
  • Proven success applying common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor\'s degree and five (5) years of experience in a security-related field such as law enforcement, the military or security management; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Familiarity with upstream and mid-stream aspects of the oil and gas industry.
Computer Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Possession of a valid driver\'s license.
  • Must possess Concealed Carry Permit(s).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
