Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Expert (SLP Expert) to lead end-to-end LP services across assigned business units. The role reports to the SLP Cluster Manager and requires managing investigations, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position covers 24/7 operations with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves up to 50% travel within the domestic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience in implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Actively monitor and report outcomes for systems and tools that generate data.
• Manage confidential investigations and prepare reports of theft, fraud, and workplace violence/incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance security processes and efficiency.
