Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• CA Security Guard Card.
• Minimum 1 year security experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees; perform general unarmed security duties.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of security officers; assist with post orders, staffing, scheduling, payroll, supervision and training at an assigned site.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions; use access control technology.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, and help ensure safety and property.
