Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Security Lead to join our Corporate Security team in Plano, TX. The role involves protecting personnel and property in a 24/7 environment, leading security operations, and coordinating incident response.

Onsite presence is required five days a week. The ideal candidate will have a Level II Non‑Commissioned Security Officer License, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of corporate security experience, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Valid Non-Commissioned Security Officer License (Level II) is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• At least 3 years of security experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience as Security Lead or Supervisor, with ability to guide teams and uphold security protocols under pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring access points.
• Serve as the lead security contact, providing operational support and coordination for the team.
• Oversee daily operations, including shift coverage, incident response coordination, and communication with management.
• Support training efforts to ensure SOPs and site protocols are understood and followed.
• Prepare reports by recording observations and surveillance activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and protect the organization's stability and reputation.
