Job summary

Cennox is seeking an Electronic Security Installer in Austin, TX. The role involves installing and servicing intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and quality on each job.

You will perform routine maintenance, test system operation, and coordinate with customers and team members for successful project completion. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment testing are required.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Operates hand and power tools and a fleet vehicle safely.
• Communicates with customers and delivers good service.
• Requires valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Service and install intrusion, fire, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment under contract.
• Read and follow wiring diagrams and hookup procedures.
• Test system operation and verify service with monitoring center.
• Coordinate installations with customers and contacts.
• May work with other installers on large projects.
