Job summary

AOC is seeking an Architect/Engineer (Planning and Program Manager) located in the Office of the Chief Security Officer, Deputy Operations, Security Infrastructure Projects Division. The role focuses on project management for security infrastructure or facilities from planning to construction.

Qualified candidates will meet OPM standards, with specialized experience in design reviews, cost and contract management, and collaboration with industry and Congressional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires basic education in Engineering or Architecture as per OPM standards.
• Specialized experience demonstrating planning, design, and project management for security infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform design and development on security infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Provide technical advice on construction projects, including costs and contract management.
• Evaluate studies, plans, and design specifications for architecture/engineering processes and projects.
• Serve as Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) or equivalent.
• Collaborate with senior technical representatives and stakeholders on facilities and long-range plans.
