Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer in Horn Lake, MS. You will patrol diverse environments, verify identities, and respond to incidents to protect people and property.

Ideal candidates are authorized to work in the U.S., able to stand and walk all shift, pass a thorough screening, and may have first aid certification. GardaWorld provides a full benefits package and uniform at no cost.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Multiple Shifts schedule: Full-Time - 1st Shift, 6am-2pm / 2nd Shift, 2pm-10pm (Various Work Schedule)
• Valid driver's license required

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
