As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and work with integrity and teamwork while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site personnel and emergency resources as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, operational areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate security-related logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, unauthorized personnel, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
