Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Terminal Security Guard to serve and safeguard clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The role requires a minimum 1 year of security experience, a guard card, and a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience). A background check and drug test are required where permitted by law, and a valid driver’s license is needed for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment; a valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
