Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Kansas City, MO to protect clients across industries, monitor access points, and maintain a visible security presence. You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, and document findings while delivering courteous service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the construction location, perimeter, access points, parking areas, and equipment storage areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry when required, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in clear, timely reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
